Here is the order of events for the Bertrand Track meet on Friday.

2022-2023 Yearbooks for Sale, $45.00 each, Last day to guarantee a yearbook is April 29th. Thank you for your support of the yearbook students. The yearbook is for all students from Preschool to Seniors. Business ads are also available and are greatly appreciated. Also, older yearbooks are listed and available to purchase. Thank you!



Reminder... Juniors will be taking the ACT tomorrow. Please report to St. John's Lutheran Church at 7:45 am for breakfast. We will start the test at 8. Juniors just need to bring a calculator and the parent form they were given. Students will be provided lunch and then dismissed for the day. Let's go, Falcons!
Congratulations to Georgia and Keya on their successful performances at FKC Music contest! Georgia received a Superior rating for her Base Clarinet Solo "Chincoteague", and Keya received a Superior rating for her Soprano Solo "Take me to the Fair".


This weeks track meet has been moved to Thursday, starting at 1:30. Meet will be held in Elwood. They will run finals only.

NHS is offering tutoring for jr. high students! If your student is needing extra help, NHS students will be available on Tues.-Thurs. mornings from 8-8:20 and afternoons from 3:30-4. With this being new, we will adjust the program by the number of participants. See Mrs. Mach if you have questions!
We will start offering this service next week. This week due FFA taking place, they will be available Tuesday afternoon, Wed. morning and afternoon, and Thursday morning.
Wear a hat... help a cause! Help NHS finish our last week of raising money for Cases for CASA strong! If your student would like to wear a hat tomorrow, please have you student drop a dollar off at the Wilcox or Hildreth office. All donations go toward a good cause!
Prom paperwork has been handed out at school to all juniors, seniors, and servers. Please remember the paperwork and all payments for T-shirts and pictures is due on Friday, March 31!
Just a reminder... Seniors, most of your local scholarships are due April 1st! All of the scholarships are available on the school website under "Counselor Corner." Please see Mrs. Mach if you have any questions or need help. Keep working hard, seniors!
As we prepare for our annual Falcon Field Day, we are exploring a new tradition of having sponsors help cover the cost of our shirts. We are asking for ten $100 donations. This donation would get your name or business' name on the back of the shirts. This will be a first come, first serve basis. If you would like more information or would like to become a sponsor for this year's shirt, please email joee.muhlbach@whfalcons.org by Sunday March 26th. This order will be placed on Monday morning.

The Falcon Track and Field athletes competed at the UNK Class B/C/D meet on Saturday and brought home some hardware. Micah Johnson placed 6th in the 800. Grant Henery placed 5th in the 800. Madison Bunger placed 6th in Shot Put. Cara Bunger won the 3200! Great job Falcons!

TASC would like to invite our students and staff to participate in our Social Skills Awareness Week on March 27th-March 31st. TASC is a club that meets to work on helping students improve social skills and raise awareness for individual needs. Thank you for participating!

Some of our 4th-7th graders traveled to Minden to compete in the Kearney County Spelling Bee. Rylan Lush placed 3rd and Sutton Strong placed 2nd! Way to go Falcons!

Congratulations go out to Madison Bunger and Sarah Jensen. At the post-season FKC basketball meeting, conference coaches awarded Madison with 1st Team All-Conference honors, while Sarah earned 2nd Team All-Conference honors! Congratulations girls!!
